am i the only person in the world to whom religion makes absolutely no sense? what god honestly has a hand in everyday affairs? religion is a crutch for the weak-minded and aimless. it's a sickening farce designed to keep masses in line and control the will and actions of the mob mentality that morons (humans) are prone to adopt in organized society. religion is the worst idea since (dis)organized government.a fun fact is that there is no codusul in the bible that provides for the appointment of a pope. yes, today i am singling out catholicism. pontification and holier-than-thou antics enrage me and make me feel ashamed to be of the same phyla as the drivel-ridden hypocrites who are associated with or associate themselves with religion. look at any conflict in the modern world and just beneath the surface lurks one or more form of organized religion. the administrators and practicioners of religion take humanity's basic tendencies towards solidarity and fellowship and compassion and turn them against it. all the while acting as if the wretched policies of genocide and hatred and mind-control are in the best interest of a "good" society. seeing a holier-than-thou person brings a wry smile to my face. the most pristine are hiding everything.
