i'm going on vacation. i have to be in a plane with people, stuck at a cruising altitude of a bah-zillion feet with no way out but down. it would be of great pleasure to me to hijack the thing and send it to some place full of misery instead of disneyworld. the west bank, mohammar quaddafi's back yard, somewhere arabian, the gaza strip. anywhere to make all of those smiling faces wish they had never heard of allah or soft-;ine bully-pulpit politics and sterile detachment from the real problems in the world. can you tell i'm feeling superior? jefferson said that every generation must overthrow the government of the previous generation in order to keep the interest of the people in the highest importance and to avoid becoming entrenched in the bureaucracy we find ourselves in today. we let tom down.so, anyway, i'm off to florida. if my plane crashes, you will never hear from me again. if it doesn't, then there's always the return trip.
